Provider Specifics

Get Certified

Those who want to work with us must first be credentialed. We check the qualifications and performance of physicians and other health care practitioners through credentialing. Providers are credentialed at least every three years and are presumed to be so unless otherwise notified.

Why leave it to a professional?

A skilled provider credentialing professional will enhance your practice and the way you run your medical facility. Even if you have doctors who can provide medically necessary and competent treatment and services, a lack of proper enrollment could result in a delay or refusal of payments by your patients’ insurance carriers. A credentialing verification provider has the manpower, tools, and connections to assist you in increasing revenues through a customized service that can facilitate a payer enrollment process when a physician wants to join a new payer network or when you are adding a new physician to your existing group.

Advantages of Collaborating with us

You will benefit from having experts on your team

What’s great about outsourcing is that you’ll be able to add experts to your team without breaking the bank. And, best of all, you can do it without putting your company’s budget at risk. Furthermore, hiring experts to do the job can not only save you thousands of dollars, but it can also teach you a lot about how different practices across the country manage outsourced medical billing, physician credentialing services, and much more.

Allows your employees to focus on other tasks such as billing and collections

The credentialing process can be a lengthy and difficult one. So, rather than overloading your staff with credentialing tasks, outsource them. This frees up your staff to focus on your other critical needs, such as billing and collections.

Consider this: if your staff isn’t preoccupied and bombarded with the credentialing process, they can devote their time to other tasks such as insurance verification, collections, or simply providing better service overall.

Allows you to devote more time to your patients and the expansion of your practice

Credentialing providers can be a major headache. However, by outsourcing your provider credentialing, you will be able to devote more time to your patients and the needs of your practice. Because attempting to handle the provider credentialing process on your own may take up too much of your time and result in you seeing fewer patients. Of course, seeing fewer patients will not help your practice grow.

So, if you want to see more patients, delegate the credentialing process to a reputable outsourcing company like Stars Pro.

It saves you hours of frustration

We understand that provider credentialing is extremely inconvenient. You must invest a significant amount of time, energy, and effort into the process. However, if you outsource the credentialing process, you will be able to avoid all of the frustrations that typically accompany credentialing. You can direct your attention to your patients and work to improve the patient care experience. You are thus providing your patients with the five-star care that they deserve. In exchange, they will become loyal patients and return to your practice.
